Main course

Fillet of beef served with smokey mash, pearl onions, baby carrots, port and Wild mushroom jus and crisp pancetta

Chermoula marinated trimmed lamb cutlets served with cumin crushed potatoes accompanied by grilled zucchini ribbons & finished with confit tomato and lemon vinaigrette

Duck confit with vanilla -lime mash roast parsnip batons and wilted spinach and pomegranate jus

Norwegian salmon – served on rocket with confit of shallots and garlic, lemon zest and segments and fresh picked parsley accompanied with baby potatoes and tender stem broccoli


To end off with

Berry mille feuillle – layers of pastry with homemade crème patisserie and dustings of icing sugar

Decadent choc torte with vanilla crème fraiche and berry and mint salad

Star anise and vanilla poached nectarines with cumin shortbread and whipped cream

Frangipane apple tart with honey and star anise flavoured apricot compote served with mascarpone
